Forge Life

Culture Code

  • Forge Life walks with a sense that all things are possible in Christ. Healings. Deliverances. Freedom from addictions, bondage, soul ties.

  • Forge Life understands herself as a people so transformed by God that a natural outworking of that is to carry that message to the hurting and broken people around us.

  • Forge Life Leadership sees her role as equipping the saints for the work of THEIR ministry. All followers of Jesus have a ministry entrusted to them from on High. We cultivate a space where that work is realized in her people.

  • Forge Life understands herself as church body that seeks to mulitply every single thing we do. Healthy disciples make disciples. Healthy “Basic Body Life Groups” multiply into more groups. Kids ministry transcends Sunday gathering into kids ministry in parents’ homes throughout the week. Forge Life Church understands herself as the first church in a long line of church plants in the years ahead.

  • Forge Life Church recognizes the importance of the apostolic, prophet, evangelist, shepherd, and teacher to equip the saints for the work of ministry. We seek to cultivate a culture where these “Leadership Office” gifts are utIlized to bring to Full maturity the saints of God’s Kingdom.

  • Forge Life understands herself as a home for leadership development. “Everything rises and falls on Leadership.” We create a culture where the saints are taking on new ground in their life in every season, walking with people as they need, standing for the vision each individual saint has, removing blocks that cripple their ability to lead, and providing mental structures to support the saint’s leadership among humanity.

  • Forge Life understands that God is sovereign over ALL things. AND, we recognize He asks us to listen, and obey. God fights our battles, He intercedes on our behalf, AND, He invites us to partner with Him in our work He’s entrusted to us. We have all the rites and privilieges of being His children, but it requires us to “walk” in it to experience life, and life to the full that Jesus promises is available.
