It all begins with listening for the heart of God. This phase all about preparation, prayer, listening to community needs and longings, fasting, listening for Holy Spirit direction. We are out in the community, building relationships, having as many conversations as the Lord leads.

This phase is marked by “Who is called to the work.” We are having interest meetings, building a launch team, beginning to gather for worship, short teaching around vision and values of Forge Life, working out logistics, practicing to Follow Jesus as a family, identifying gifts in individuals and supporting them to activate those gifts for benefit of our community.

It’s time to launch! This is a very exciting time in the life of the new work God wants to do in Newberg. A culmination of all that has gone into the pursuit of Jesus. A beginning of a lifelong pursuit of loving God, and loving others in Newberg Oregon. A time for celebration. A time for establishing heaven in Newberg. A space and place for followers of Jesus to embody love, peace, joy, abundance, and service to others.
